Adding a player
Players are added as you record or import games. To add one by hand, open People and choose Add player. A name is all that is needed; club and ratings are optional.
Bringing records together
If one person appears twice, such as J. Cole from an import and James Cole from the club, open either and choose Bring records together. Plyfolio shows what will be combined before anything changes.
Photos
Open a player and tap their initials to take or choose a photo. Photos stay on your phone; in Storage you can keep them out of sync. Please only photograph people who are happy to be photographed.
Adding a rating
Open the player, then Rating tracks, choose the system and Add a rating. Enter the number and the date of the list it came from. Older entries can be added in any order; the chart sorts them.
Your own track
For a club grading list or anything else, choose Custom and give the track a name. It behaves like any other track and is never mixed with the rest.
A game under the wrong player
Open the game, then Details, and change White or Black. The game moves to the right player's record.
