Refunds

Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds go through them under their rules: Apple's report a problem page on iPhone, your Google Play order history on Android. If either says no and something is wrong with Plyfolio, write to us.

iPhone and Android are separate

The stores keep purchases apart, so buying on one does not cover the other. Your games move freely between them as PGN, or through Google Drive sync.

Why once?

Plyfolio has no servers to pay for: your games live on your phone and in your own cloud. So there is nothing to charge you for every month. £9.99 pays for the app and its updates, and we think that is fair.
